Account Data: We collect information such as email, profile details, and account preferences to provide authentication and account management.
Usage Data: We collect page activity, interactions, and feature usage to improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
Betting/Picks Data: Tracked picks, saved brackets, and related in-app activity are stored to support the social, analytics, and personalization experience.
Support Requests: Data submitted through support forms (including optional attachments) is used to investigate and resolve issues.
Security & Fraud Prevention: System logs and security telemetry may be processed to protect accounts and platform integrity.
Your Controls: You can update profile information in-app and request support for account-related data questions or removal requests as required by law.
Third-Party Services: We use Stripe for payment processing, Sentry for error monitoring, and Fireworks AI and Groq for AI chat features. When you use the AI chat, your messages are sent to these third-party AI providers to generate responses. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Data Export: You can export all of your account data — including profile, preferences, tracked picks, social posts, and brackets — as a JSON file from your Account Settings.
Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, removing all records from our systems.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 30 days of discovery, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act (NY Gen. Bus. Law §899-bb).
Data Retention: Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed. Backups containing deleted data are purged within 30 days.
